Program Structure
How is ProGM™ Structured?
- The broad structure involves between 5-7 immersive, hands- on workshops and 5-7 Executive Coaching sessions.
- A total of 12 interventions is proposed, which will be slotted in a month-wise recommended frequency. The above combinations will be tailored based on the cohort.
- On-the-job assignments, live cases faced by the individual leader will make them apply the learning immediately and feel the difference.
- For companies, if all the candidates are from within, finer curation will be recommended to make it very precise.
