Program Structure

How is ProGM™ Structured?

1. The broad structure involves between 5-7 immersive, hands- on workshops and 5-7 Executive Coaching sessions.
2. A total of 12 interventions is proposed, which will be slotted in a month-wise recommended frequency. The above combinations will be tailored based on the cohort.
3. On-the-job assignments, live cases faced by the individual leader will make them apply the learning immediately and feel the difference.
4. For companies, if all the candidates are from within, finer curation will be recommended to make it very precise.
