  • A post graduate in Science. He has been associated as a faculty in Leadership and Training sessions and also been associated to conduct workshops on Competency mapping in the companies he has worked.
  • A faculty in various MDPs for 1st line, 2nd line 3rd line Managers gives him the complete insights on the requirements of the skill sets at these levels.
